What forms of payment are accepted?


We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Other payment methods like CashApp and Square can be arranged for in-person transactions.




When will my order ship?


Orders that are placed before 7:00pm EST Monday - Saturday are usually processed within 24 hours from the time they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays. They typically ship within 48 hours. Custom orders may take longer to process and ship. For customized orders, you will be kept up-to-date on the status of your orders via email.




What shipping options do you offer?


We offer USPS Standard shipping (5-7 business days) for a flat rate of $8.00. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Faster shipping can be arrange. Just reach out to us if faster shipping is needed.
**PLEASE NOTE: Our Free standard shipping offer only applies to the 50 continental states for orders that total $75 or more. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping.




How do I track my package?


You will receive a shippng confirmation email once your order ships. This email will include a tracking link you can use to track your package.

RETURN POLICY

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the order shipment received date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Dionique reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 20% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

Non-Refundable items
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Custom" may not be returned.

These items, fabrication, sizes etc. have been specialized to/for you. You may only receive a refund on custom items if the process has not begun less a $50 service fee. Once materials are purchased and decide items are no longer wanted deposit will be forfeited. Items marked with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Due to hygienic earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, underwear/bodysuits, tights may not be returned. Special items gift certificates and event tickets are final sale and may not be returned.

 

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

Yes, shipping will be deducted from your refund

 

Store Credit

If items sent is not as shown or requested (color/size) it may be returned after 7 days no longer than 14 only receiving store credit.
